What Data Clarissi Stores

Clarissi is an operations automation platform. We store a limited set of data needed to run the automations ("skills") you activate:

  • Integration credentials: the API keys, OAuth tokens, and access tokens needed to connect to your systems (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and others). Stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and never returned after intake.
  • Execution logs: the result of each automation run — whether it fired, what action was taken, and any errors. Retained for 90 days.
  • Account data: account identifiers, plan information, and billing email.

Data read from your connected services (for example, advertising metrics from Meta or Google, or order details from Shopify) is accessed at execution time to evaluate automation conditions and is not stored persistently by Clarissi.

Request by Email

To request deletion of your data, email support@clarissi.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

  • Your organization or account name
  • The connected service(s) you want disconnected and deleted (for example, "Meta Ads"), or "all data" to remove everything

We verify the request comes from an account owner, then delete the requested data and confirm completion. We respond to all requests within 30 days; credential deletion is typically applied immediately.

Self-Serve Disconnect

You can also disconnect any integration from within the Clarissi dashboard. Disconnecting a service immediately deletes the stored credentials for that connection and initiates removal of associated account-scoped data.

Deleting Meta (Facebook) Data Specifically

If you connected a Meta (Facebook) ad account to Clarissi, you can revoke Clarissi's access directly from your Facebook account at Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, and email us as above to delete the stored access token and any associated logs. Clarissi does not store Meta advertising data persistently — it is accessed at execution time and discarded — so deletion removes the stored access token and the execution logs that reference that connection.

GDPR, CCPA, and Other Regulations

This deletion process supports your right to erasure under the GDPR, your right to delete under the CCPA, and equivalent rights under other applicable privacy laws. You may also have the right to access or correct the personal data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@clarissi.com.
