Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before installing or using Clarissi.
Welcome to Clarissi
Clarissi provides automated operational skills, including backorder notifications, low-stock alerts, and high-risk order responses. By accessing or using Clarissi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use Clarissi. If you have questions, contact us at support@clarissi.com.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the Clarissi platform, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. These terms apply to all users of the Clarissi platform, including customers and their authorized team members.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Clarissi dashboard. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of Service
Clarissi connects to your systems via supported authentication methods and executes automated skills in response to source events (e.g., order creation, inventory changes). Skills may interact with third-party services you connect using credentials you provide.
Clarissi is provided through assessment and service tiers described on our pricing page. Current pricing and service details are displayed in the Clarissi dashboard and on our pricing page.
Account Access
Access to Clarissi is granted to your organization and authorized users. You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to your Clarissi configuration and connected credentials.
You must not share your Clarissi account access with individuals outside your organization, or use Clarissi to process data belonging to organizations other than your own.
Connected Credentials
Clarissi stores encrypted credentials for third-party services that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring these credentials remain valid and are rotated promptly if compromised. Clarissi encrypts all stored credentials at rest using AES-256.
You may delete your connected credentials at any time from the Clarissi dashboard. Deletion will disable skills that depend on those credentials.
Billing
Clarissi billing is handled directly according to your selected plan and service agreement. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize recurring or usage-based charges as specified in your agreement. You may cancel according to your plan terms; charges already processed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Service Provided As-Is
Clarissi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure high reliability, we do not guarantee that skills will execute without interruption or error. We recommend reviewing skill execution history regularly and maintaining human oversight of critical customer communications.
Clarissi is not liable for the content of messages sent to your customers by automated skills. You are responsible for reviewing and approving skill templates before activation.
Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarissi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or data loss.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims related to Clarissi shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Clarissi in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
