What is the AI Readiness Assessment?
It is a paid diagnostic engagement with three passes: scripted analysis, agentic exploration, and a configuration audit phase that is coming soon. You receive an Automation Exposure Summary, Skills Match Matrix, Gap Analysis, and Recommended Path Forward.
Is the full three-pass assessment live today?
Pass 1 (scripted analysis) and Pass 2 (agentic exploration) are live. Pass 3 configuration topology discovery is planned and labeled as coming soon.
What access do you need for an Assessment?
Read-only access to your connected systems is enough. Your operator handles setup and guides your team through credential intake.
How long does an Assessment take?
Most assessments are delivered in 3-5 business days after credentials are in place.
What does a dedicated operator do?
Your operator handles activation, log review, threshold tuning, reporting, and expansion recommendations so your team is not managing the platform day to day.
How does the outcome fee work?
A 90-day baseline is established first. Monthly fee is based on verified deflections above baseline at your selected tier rate.
What counts as a deflection?
A deflection is counted when a skill executes and the corresponding support ticket is not created within the verification window.
Where is baseline measured from?
Baseline is calculated from your helpdesk platform history over the 90 days before activation.
Which skills are live now?
The live catalog includes four e-commerce skills: Backorder Notification, Delivery Exception Alert, Low-Stock Customer Impact, and High-Risk Order Response. Domain expansion is planned.
Can Clarissi support custom skills?
Yes. Assessment gap findings inform roadmap priorities, and custom skill development can be scoped for qualified Concierge use cases.
Can I build my own skills?
Planned tiers include BYOM and Builder Agent capabilities so teams can author skills directly. These are not part of the live self-service offer yet.
What integrations are available?
Current integrations include Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Re:amaze, Slack, and AfterShip, with an adapter model designed to expand across domains.
What makes Clarissi different from Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Those tools provide workflow construction. Clarissi provides assessed opportunities, pre-built skills, deterministic reliability patterns, and operator accountability for outcomes.
How does Platform Intelligence work?
Execution patterns feed recommendation and validation systems. Some intelligence roles are live now, while intent-to-draft and deeper agent session intelligence are planned or in development.
Is my data used across customers?
Customer data remains isolated. Platform Intelligence uses generalized pattern learnings and controls, not shared customer records.
What verticals does Clarissi support?
E-commerce skills are live today. Additional vertical catalogs are planned as domain-specific opportunities are validated.
Do I need to install from an app marketplace?
No marketplace install is required. Clarissi connects directly through supported APIs and managed credential setup.
How does billing work?
Billing is direct by invoice and includes your retainer plus outcome fee line item. No third-party billing middleman.
Can I cancel?
After the initial engagement period, plans continue month-to-month with standard notice terms.
