Most software vendors show you a demo with fictional store data and fictional results. Clarissi doesn’t.
Before we build a single automation, we run an Assessment — a paid diagnostic, not a sales call. Your dedicated embedded engineer analyzes your live systems and tells you exactly what’s possible: what can be automated, what a live view of your operation would show you, and what the data says to fix next. You see your own numbers before you commit to anything.
The four sections of your report
The Assessment is a structured analysis of your environment, delivered as a four-section written report. Each section answers a different question.
1. Current Automation Exposure
We map which of your systems are connected — orders, inventory, support, fulfillment, email, ads — estimate how many events per month are automatable, and calculate your current coverage: what’s handled today versus what’s falling through. Just as important, we map where your data lives and what questions it could answer if it were read together. Most operations have the answer to “is this working?” scattered across four tabs; the Assessment documents exactly where those blind spots are.
The result is a baseline — of event volume, of support load, of what you can and can’t currently see — that every future outcome report compares against.
2. Ready to Activate
Now that we know your data, we match it against what already runs on stacks like yours. This section covers all three things Clarissi delivers:
- Automations — which ones would fire on your systems, at what frequency, and the expected impact of each. Backorder notifications, abandoned-cart recovery, high-risk order responses, delivery-exception alerts, review requests — whichever your data says would actually earn their keep.
- Dashboards — what a live view of your operation would show, compiled weekly from your own systems: orders and revenue against last week, inventory positions, support load, marketing performance. The Monday-morning view your team currently assembles by hand, or doesn’t.
- Analysis — what the data already says. Week-over-week movement, the patterns worth acting on, and where the biggest gap between “what’s happening” and “what you can see” sits.
Every projection in this section is derived from your own numbers, not a generic model. If a value estimate appears, you’ll see the math it came from.
3. Custom Automation Candidates
This is the section clients find most valuable. Your business has workflows nobody else has — the supplier quirk, the shipping rule, the approval step that lives in someone’s head. We look for the high-volume, high-friction patterns specific to your operation that no off-the-shelf tool addresses, and document each as a custom candidate: what it would do, what it’s worth, what it would take to build. Not a sales pitch — an honest record of what you clearly need that doesn’t exist yet.
Custom solutions are the core of what we do.
4. Recommended Path Forward
A tier recommendation (Starter, Standard, or Growth), which outcomes to activate first — automations, dashboards, analysis, or all three — and the sequencing that gets you to verifiable results fastest. We deliver the written report, then schedule a readout call to walk through the numbers, answer questions, and discuss what activation would look like.
One model of your operation, three uses
The reason one Assessment can scope all of this is that everything Clarissi builds sits on the same foundation: a model of how your operation actually runs. The same order, inventory, support, and marketing data powers the work that gets automated, the live dashboard your team checks weekly, and the analysis that names what to fix, test, or scale next. The Assessment tells you what each is worth for your specific business — before you commit to any of them.
What happens after
You have options:
- Convert to Concierge — your embedded engineer activates the recommended outcomes, establishes your baseline, and begins the monthly outcome reporting cycle.
- Take the report and wait — the report is yours. No follow-up sales sequence. Come back when the timing is right.
- Tell us what we got wrong — if our findings don’t match your intuition about your own business, we want to know. That feedback sharpens the Assessment for the next client.
Pricing and timeline
The Assessment is $2,500 flat. It runs over 1–2 weeks from the kickoff call to report delivery. The fee is fully credited toward your first month of Concierge if you convert within 30 days.
That’s the whole model: a flat, honest diagnostic on your real data, credited back if you move forward.
