Most software vendors show you a demo with fictional store data and fictional results. Clarissi doesn’t.
Before we activate a single skill, we run a Skills Assessment — a paid diagnostic engagement where a Clarissi operator analyzes your live Shopify and Gorgias data and tells you exactly what’s possible. You see your numbers before you commit to anything.
What the Assessment Covers
1. Automation Readiness Report
We pull your 90-day ticket history, categorize tickets by type (backorder inquiries, WISMO requests, fraud flags, inventory questions), and calculate average monthly volume per category. This gives you a baseline — the number every future outcome report will compare against.
We also pull your order and inventory history to quantify your current backorder exposure: how many orders per month contain out-of-stock line items, what your average inventory ETA looks like, and how many of those orders result in a support ticket.
2. Skills Match Matrix
Once we have your data, we match it against Clarissi’s live skill catalog. The Matrix shows you:
- Which skills would fire on your stack and at what frequency
- Estimated ticket deflection volume per skill, based on your actual ticket categories
- ROI projection: deflections × your cost-per-ticket
If you’re paying $8 per support ticket and the Backorder Notification skill would deflect 120 tickets per month, the Matrix shows you $960/month in measurable value. Not estimated. Derived from your own data.
3. Skill Gap Analysis
This is the section we find most valuable for clients. Beyond matching your data against live skills, we look for high-volume ticket categories that no current Clarissi skill addresses.
If we find that 30% of your tickets are “where is my order?” questions that fall outside the delivery exception window, we document that as a candidate skill — not a sales pitch, just an honest record of what we don’t yet cover that you clearly need.
Skill Gap Analysis outputs have driven our roadmap. When multiple clients show the same gap, we build it.
4. Readout Call
We deliver the report within 3–5 business days of receiving credentials, then schedule a 30-minute readout call to walk through the numbers, answer questions, and discuss what activation would look like.
What Happens After the Assessment
You have options:
- Convert to Concierge — your operator activates the matched skills, establishes your baseline, and begins the monthly outcome reporting cycle. The Assessment fee is credited toward your first month.
- Take the report and wait — the report is yours. No follow-up sales sequence. Come back when the timing is right.
- Tell us what we got wrong — if our projections don’t match your intuition about your own business, we want to know. That feedback sharpens the Assessment for the next client.
Pricing
The Skills Assessment is $1,500 for a standard Shopify + Gorgias stack. Stacks with additional integrations (Fulfil, Zendesk, AfterShip) are priced based on complexity — your operator will confirm before we start.
The Assessment fee is fully credited toward Concierge month 1 if you convert within 30 days.
